At LiftWear, your satisfaction matters to us. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window, starting from the date your order is successfully delivered.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

We also do not accept returns for:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union Right of Withdrawal

Customers located within the European Union have the right to cancel their purchase within 30 days without providing a reason.

Items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
