Delivery Address Responsibility

All orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all address details are accurate and complete, including street name, building or apartment number, postal code, and any additional delivery instructions.

Incomplete, incorrect, or outdated address information may result in delivery delays, failed delivery, or return of the package.


Delivery Attempts & Recipient Availability

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

Our shipping partners may attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be redirected to the nearest local postal facility for collection.

The recipient must collect the parcel within 7 calendar days. Failure to collect the package within this timeframe may result in the parcel being returned to the sender.

In the event of a return, a new shipping fee will be required to resend the order.

All delivery attempts, pickup deadlines, and postal office details can be monitored using the tracking number provided.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

LiftWear is not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to address errors are not eligible for a refund.

To resend the order, a reshipping fee of £15 will apply to cover logistics and handling costs.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

This timeframe includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and transfer to the shipping carrier.


Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within up to 7 business days after the order has been processed.

As shipments may be international, tracking updates can take 5 to 10 business days to appear once the parcel enters transit.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time ranges between 10 and 20 business days after dispatch.

Based on historical delivery data, approximately 80% of orders are delivered within 15 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, local postal services, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Origin

LiftWear products are shipped from authorized fulfillment centers located in Europe and Asia.

Depending on inventory availability, items within the same order may be shipped separately.

In such cases, each shipment will receive its own individual tracking number.


Shipping Carriers & Delivery Method

Orders are delivered through the local postal service or authorized logistics partners in the destination country.

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful or address issues occur, the parcel may be held at a local postal facility for pickup.

If the package is returned due to failed delivery or address-related issues, all reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
